Uploading to App Store Connect process is identical for every.

Upload processes are visible to all team members.

Go to "Description Page", select a collection to upload its descriptions.

Click "Upload Descriptions". Upload progress popup will appear so you can track your uploads. This popup also shows errors, if there is any, during your upload.

You or your team members cannot edit what is being uploaded during the upload process. For example, if you are uploading descriptions from a collection, you and your team cannot edit them until the upload process is finished.

Additionally, you cannot delete or rename that collection until the process is over.

When upload process is finished a summary popup appears, indicating errors and invalid items.
